Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to herbal supplements and related products and is provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day cancellation period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, returned herbal supplements must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • With all seals fully intact
  • In a resaleable condition

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

2. Voluntary 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase.

Unused herbal products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they are unopened, in a saleable condition, and all seals remain intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from receipt.

If a fault is confirmed, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights. Any approved refund will be made to the original method of payment.

4. Inspection and Refund Processing

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days from the date the returned goods are received.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Exclusions

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

For health protection reasons, sealed herbal supplements are exempt from return once opened, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
