3. Products and Services

3.1 We specialise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products, herbal remedies, supplements, and wellness products.

3.2 All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

3.3 Products sold are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

3.4 Some products may only be suitable for use following consultation with a qualified TCM practitioner.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.3 Payment can be made via:

Secure online payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available options)
Bank transfer or cash payment when collecting from our clinic

4.4 Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

5. Order Process

5.1 When you place an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

5.2 Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods to you and send a dispatch confirmation email.

5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: product availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery

6.1 Standard delivery is £5.00 per order to mainland UK addresses.

6.2 FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50.00 to mainland UK addresses.

6.3 Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of order confirmation.

6.4 Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

7.3 Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

7.4 Important Exceptions: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened herbal medicine products
Unsealed supplements or tinctures
Personalised or custom-blended herbal formulations
Products that have been opened or tampered with
